What to expect at your first visit

Your first visit includes paperwork - argh, a lot of talking (and me listening and asking copious questions), an assessment which involves rocking you back and forward and checking all your joints from head to toe, some other testing as is relevant to your situation, a chat about what I have found and what I think may help you and usually - your first treatment.
